2025 EPIC Diabetes Conference

We invite you to join us for the 8^th annual EPIC (Empowering Patients for Individualized Care) Conference. EPIC, which is presented by the Children’s Diabetes Foundation, offers an opportunity to learn about caring for type 1 and type 2 diabetes in a comfortable, understanding, and welcoming environment. EPIC combines diabetes education with community connections.
