Helping Hand

This program assists families in times of exceptional need. This includes purchasing diabetes supplies, helping with travel expenses to get to appointments, and other supplemental funds as necessary. Proper supplies, education, and care allow a patient to properly manage diabetes and by bettering their care now, their risk for long term complications is much lower. This program also provides additional assistance during the holiday season (see Holiday Assistance program).

Your gift will be used to assist the 93 families and 276 children in need who applied for assistance.
