Format
Shadow Creek Golf Course typically uses a traditional 18-hole layout for its tournaments and events, designed to challenge players of all skill levels. The course is known for its par-72 configuration, with a variety of tee boxes that accommodate both beginners and more advanced golfers.
Event Agenda/Timeline
Day 1
- Hanger Party: Enjoy breakfast provided by Epicurean Catering, a high-end Liquor Pull, poker hands, music and camaraderie. Board the exclusive charter flight to Vegas and experience the live auction on the plane.
- Morning: Arrival in Las Vegas and transportation to Shadow Creek Golf Course. Brunch upon arrival to Shadow Creek before Round of Golf Begins.
- Midday: Lunch from Shadow Creek’s outdoor grill with delicious options like burgers and wraps.
- Evening: Transportation to Bellagio hotel; check into hotel rooms and explore exciting Las Vegas.
Day 2
- Bag drop: Starting at 9am, players bring their luggage to baggage drop off in the Bellagio Bus Loading Area.
- Bus Boarding/Departure: All players board the buses at 11am, buses depart at 11:15 for Harry Reid International Airport.
